To ensure your case goes on smoothly without damaging the wood around the camera.

Place the case on a flat surface.

Insert the top of your phone into the case first.

Slide the bottom of your phone in last and press gently until it clicks into place.
Following these steps helps protect the wood and keeps your case looking perfect.
Shipping Details
We like to keep things simple — that means free shipping on every order, no surprises.
You’ll get an email when your case is crafted, and most orders ship via UPS.
Once it’s on the way, UPS will send you a confirmation and tracking number to the email you provided at checkout, so you always know where your new case is and when it will arrive.

We stand behind our cases and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Most wood cases can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

Email us first at jon@jjscases.com to start a return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using the original packaging to protect the case.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

No returns on Premium Painted cases or items damaged by abuse, moisture, heat, or impacts.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, and restocking fees may apply for late returns.
